Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the sga77 online gaming website accessible at sga77.asia and all associated mobile-optimized pages, subdomains, and services operated under the sga77 brand.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on the Platform, accesses the Platform as a guest, or otherwise uses any service made available through sga77.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-bet credit, cashback credit, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player by sga77 under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied by sga77 to all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and account management services offered through the sga77 Platform, including but not limited to live casino, sports betting, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and specialty games.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond sga77's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, widespread internet outages, or banking system failures.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which sga77 Accounts are denominated.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the sga77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. sga77 enforces strict age verification. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and return of verified real-money deposits at sga77's sole discretion.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia at the time of account registration and throughout your use of the Platform. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship or legal incapacity are not permitted to create or operate an sga77 Account.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, on the sga77 Platform or any related platform at the time of registration or continued use.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active Account on the Platform at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is a breach of these Terms.

sga77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by sga77 may result in Account suspension.

Account Registration

To access the real-money Services offered by sga77, you must complete the registration process at sga77.asia. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred local payment method.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sga77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

sga77 applies a mandatory KYC verification process to all Accounts before processing any withdrawal request. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or valid passport);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last 90 days); and
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot or statement showing the account holder name matching your registered details).

sga77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to contain materially false or misleading registration information. In such cases, verified real-money deposits may be returned, but Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sga77 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and any minimum/maximum limits that may apply at the time of the transaction:

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that has been previously verified and is registered in the same name as the sga77 Account. sga77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1–24 hours of submission, subject to the completion of KYC verification.

sga77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which sga77 accepts no responsibility. In cases where a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds, sga77 reserves the right to recover the full amount from the Player's Account Balance and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

sga77 may delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In all such cases, sga77 will notify the Player and may request additional documentation.

Bonuses & Promotions

sga77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with the Indonesian cultural calendar (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and Chinese New Year / Imlek). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (decimal) per selection unless the promotion states otherwise.

• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account unless the specific promotion states a different expiry period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while a prior bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse: sga77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any associated winnings, and close any Account where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotions is identified.

sga77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bets already placed or wagering progress already accumulated under the prior terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

By using sga77's sports betting and casino gaming Services, you agree to the following rules governing gameplay and bet settlement:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on sga77 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. sga77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on markets suspended due to technical error, and bets placed using exploited pricing errors.
• Obvious Errors: Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest pricing or system error — including but not limited to odds that bear no reasonable relationship to the true probability of the outcome — sga77 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the Player's Account Balance.
• Match-Fixing & Corruption: sga77 monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider knowledge. Any Account found to be associated with such activity will be closed and funds may be withheld pending investigation and, if applicable, reported to relevant authorities.
• Technical Interruptions: In the event that a live casino game or slot session is interrupted due to a technical failure before the outcome is determined, sga77 will use its best efforts to restore the session. If restoration is not possible, the interrupted round stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
• Results Finality: Settled bet results are final. Results may be revised only where a clear system error is identified or where the governing sports body officially reverses the original result. Queries regarding settled bets must be submitted to sga77 customer support within 72 hours of settlement.

All games offered through sga77 are sourced from internationally licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each provider's individual game rules apply in addition to these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

sga77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Intellectual Property

All content on the sga77 Platform — including but not limited to the sga77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, software, and game content licensed from third-party studios — is the intellectual property of sga77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without sga77's prior written consent;
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, index, or extract content from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game engine used on the Platform; or
• Use the sga77 brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with sga77 without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of sga77's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal action.

Privacy & Data

sga77 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided during registration and ongoing Account use in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sga77 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as KYC verification partners and payment processors) solely to the extent necessary to deliver the Services.

sga77 employs 256-bit TLS/SSL encryption on all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing algorithms and are never accessible in plain text to sga77 personnel.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sga77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sga77 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from internet or network connectivity failures beyond sga77's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where sga77 has fulfilled its security obligations under these Terms; and
• Losses arising from your reliance on any content on the Platform that does not constitute a confirmed bet settlement or official account statement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits sga77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Termination

sga77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct;
• Identification of the Account holder as a minor;
• Creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual;
• Aggressive or abusive conduct directed toward sga77 staff; or
• Any action that sga77 reasonably considers likely to bring the Platform or its licensors into disrepute.

Upon Account closure, sga77 will return the verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account to the Player via their registered payment method, less any amounts legitimately owed to sga77. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting sga77 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Outstanding active bets at the time of voluntary closure will be settled and the resulting balance returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and the internal rules of the jurisdiction under which sga77 holds its operating licence.

sga77 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. Players access the Platform on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their country or region of residence. sga77 makes no representation that the Services are available or legally permissible in all jurisdictions.
